Carrying out responsive maintenance tasks on occupied properties. You will completing works such as; - Flagging - Lift & Re lays - Trip Hazards - Patch and repair brick work - Gate and fence post - General Landscaping You will also need to; - Communicate effectively with the scheduler, residents and line manager- Remain up-to-date with technical and legal requirements of skill area- Complete work sheets detailing work undertaken and materials used after each job undertaken, via a PDA- Work in partnership with other operatives to complete repairs when requiredWhat you'll need to succeedExperience in a similar role, preferably within social housing. You will have a strong work ethic and a 'can do' attitude to completing tasks. You will have an excellent attendance record and positive references from previous employers.
