IT Support Engineer

Bennett and Game are working alongside a well-established supplier within the packaging industry. They are seeking an IT Support Engineer on site to join their business who is seeking a full-time opportunity where they can add value with their IT experience. The role is based in Skelmersdale.

Seeking an IT Technical Support Specialist to ensure their technology runs smoothly and efficiently. They have a headcount of roughly 30 and the role would be based on site.

• User Support: Provide first-line technical support for employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues.

• System Maintenance: Install, configure, and update operating systems, applications, and IT equipment.

• Proven experience in IT support or a related role.

• Setting up a new workstation

• Update computer systems

• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and common business software (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace).

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• Salary - 28K - 32K - DOE
• Standard Working Hours - Mon - Fri
