Near Skelmersdale

Monday to Friday 35 hours remote full time flexible working hours

Mainly home-based attend office for initial training and team days

Salary negotiable guideline £30,000 to £45,000 great bonus, benefits, health plan, sponsored development etc.

Currently recruiting for Personal Injury EL PL Solicitors, and Fee Earners.

Personal Injury EL PL Solicitors Fee Earners

Effectively manage own case load with valid file handling experience and litigation experience.

Liaise with referrers and mange their expectations in respect of quality and service

Take initial instructions from clients

Ability to vet claim at initial stages

Assess funding requirements

Investigate limitation, liability, causation and assess quantum

Advise clients and take initial instructions from them

Liaise with insurers

Litigation work subject to experience and expertise

Draft court documents where appropriate

Evidence gathering and negotiation work

Court proceedings/compliance with pre-issue protocols

Court proceedings/compliance with pre-action protocols

Advocacy as and when required

Liaison with Counsel / instructions to counsel

Negotiating settlements

Prepare predictive costs calculations and possibly negotiate

Provide assistance to team members

Comply with office procedures
