Assistant Site Manager
Salary - £40,000 - £45,000 per annum
Hours – 37.5 hours

Northwest Based

We currently have an exciting opportunity working with a nationally known, leading accident repair groups at one of their sites within the North West area. This role will be crucial in the support of the Site Manager with the driving of all KPI’s across the business, reporting back to the regional manager and be a hands on, Assistant Site Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Hands on in your support of the site’s technicians, fitters, mechanics and valeters across the site.
  • Have Team Leader experience to ensure you can mentor the team.
  • Reporting on key business data onto the company’s CRM system.
  • Reinforcing company’s policies, standards and H&S regulations.
  • Part of setting objectives for the team, managing performance and bonus earnings.

Experience:

  • Hold strong, methodical knowledge within a bodyshop environment.
  • Willing to go the extra mile in providing practical support and demonstrate technical competence.
  • Have experience with managing / assisting / supervising a site and it’s people.
