We are working with a well-established, regional Building Contractor who specialise in the delivery of energy efficiency measures to Social Housing properties.

They are proud to reduce fuel poverty for tenants across the UK and take pride in their work. As a result of growth and their desire to continue to deliver a high quality service, they are looking for a Quality Administrator with a keen eye for detail to join them on a temporary basis, starting Monday 17th February, travelling between Wythenshawe, Skelmersdale and their head office in Skelmersdale (driving licence and transport essential).

You will be working closely with the Compliance Team, requesting, collating and preparing evidence and relevant documentation required for the Energy Efficiency Measures to be carried out.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collation of all necessary paperwork associated with installation of Energy Efficiency measure in line with PAS 2035:2019 & MCS process
  • Working closely with the site team to ensure installation paperwork is provided
  • Upload documentation to various locations/share points
  • Ensure that there are zero compliance failures resulting from poor and inaccurate submission information
  • Adhere to deadlines
  • Engage with sub-contractors to support the effective development and delivery of projects within compliance
  • Request Client shared folder access for the upload of all complete lodgement evidence on project completion
  • Using your own initiative, have a high attention to detail and be proactive
  • Travel to additional sites that require further assistance as and when required
  • Ability to meet agreed deadlines set out by the contractual obligations from the client
  • Strong communication skills, (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (esp. Word, Excel)
  • Have the confidence to raise any potential issues regarding the quality of the evidence supplied

This is a temporary role, starting Monday 17th February and is an ongoing position. This is paid as an hourly rate via an umbrella company.

The hourly rate is 14-15ph (umbrella rate).

The successful candidate will have a strong administration background, ideally within Housing or Construction.
