Site Manager
Salary - £50,000 - £55,000 per annum
Hours – 37.5 hours

Northwest Based

We currently have an exciting opportunity working with a nationally known, leading accident repair groups at one of their sites within the North West area. This role will be crucial in the smooth running of the site and ensure the site’s targets are regularly met whilst managing workers at the site.

Responsibilities:

  • Promoting the company’s core values and ensure the site’s workers adhere to the same values.
  • Supporting the ongoing development of a high performing team.
  • Initiating strategic plans to ensure exceptional customer service is met and maintain alongside ensuring the repairs are being completed to the highest quality.
  • Ensuring company profits are maximised to the best ability.
  • Liaise with internal teams on a regular basis.


Experience:

  • MUST have VDA experience.
  • Have at least 5-6 years of experience in senior management within the Bodyshop repair industry.
  • Experience of managing people within a site/bodyshop environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to always go the extra mile to provide practical support and demonstrate technical competencies.
