Job Title: Site Manager

Salary: £25 per hour (CIS)

Location: North West (with nationwide travel required)

Shifts/Days:

Monday to Friday, 7am - 7pm (weekends may be included based on project needs)

Project Types:

Retail fit-out and refurbishment

New build and refurbishment

Primarily bars & restaurants,

Typical project value: £250k - £2 million

Responsibilities:

Managing sub-contractors on-site

Completing daily site reports

Conducting health & safety audits

Ensuring work is completed to a high standard, within budget and time frame

Being client-facing, particularly with the end-user (bars, restaurants, retail)

Overseeing the smooth running of the project, including on-site coordination

Managing project schedules and reporting on progress

Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies

Requirements:

Experience: Proven background in site management with experience in retail and commercial projects.

Skills/Experience:

Trade background

Strong health and safety focus and experience with site audits

Ability to work independently, with minimal training or supervision

Good communication skills to liaise with clients, subcontractors, and team members

Location: Must be based in the North West
