LRL is seeking a Fitout Site Manager for a permanent position with a high-end fit out sub-contractor in the North West.
The role involves managing a range of commercial and leisure projects, overseeing up to 40 staff on site, with project values between £250k and £4 million.
Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of Site Management experience, along with SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, and First Aid certifications.
Preferred candidates will have a background in joinery and experience in a fit-out environment, as well as a valid driving license.
The position offers 20 days of holiday per year, accommodation and food allowances for travel, a company van with a fuel card, and opportunities for overtime.

Site Manager - Fit Out Experience

LRL are looking to recruit a Fitout Site Manager on behalf of our client, who is a well-established high-end fit out sub-contractor, on a permanent basis.

Our client are based in the North West design, manage and deliver end-to-end construction, refurbishment, interior fit-out and new build projects for companies of all sizes throughout the UK.

You will be working on a range of commercial / leisure projects.

Duties

Managing direct trades and subcontractors - up to 40 staff on site at one time

Managing projects valued from 250k - 4 million

Health & Safety, toolbox talks

Checking & preparing site reports, drawings etc

Maintaining quality

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years Site Management experience

SMSTS / CSCS Blac Card

First Aid

Previous experience working within a fit-out environment.

Preferably come from a joinery background

Driving License
