About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join the CAMHS team. In this role, you will work within a multidisciplinary team (MDT) to provide case management and therapeutic support for young people, focusing on mental health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

Act as Case Manager, leading on individual cases and coordinating care plans.
Conduct initial assessments to determine the needs and strengths of young people.
Participate actively in MDT meetings to ensure collaborative and holistic care.
Engage in duty work on the ward, providing support and intervention as needed.
Offer therapeutic interventions tailored to the developmental and emotional needs of children and adolescents.

About You

Qualifications: Registered Occupational Therapist with experience in mental health or CAMHS.
Skills: Strong assessment, planning, and case management abilities.
Attributes: Team-oriented with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
