About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join the CAMHS team. In this role, you will work within a multidisciplinary team (MDT) to provide case management and therapeutic support for young people, focusing on mental health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as Case Manager, leading on individual cases and coordinating care plans.
  • Conduct initial assessments to determine the needs and strengths of young people.
  • Participate actively in MDT meetings to ensure collaborative and holistic care.
  • Engage in duty work on the ward, providing support and intervention as needed.
  • Offer therapeutic interventions tailored to the developmental and emotional needs of children and adolescents.
About You
  • Qualifications: Registered Occupational Therapist with experience in mental health or CAMHS.
  • Skills: Strong assessment, planning, and case management abilities.
  • Attributes: Team-oriented with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
