Job Title: Skilled Operative - Precast Factory
Location: Skelmersdale
Pay: 14 per hour (PAYE)
Type: Temp to Perm
Hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (10-hour shifts)
We are seeking a Skilled Operative to join our client's dynamic team in a busy precast factory. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates looking for long-term career progression, with a temp-to-perm pathway.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with precast concrete.
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings
- Use a tape measure with precision.
- Collaborate with a skilled team to meet production targets
Requirements:
- Experience in a trade such as joinery, carpentry, or similar
- Comfortable reading and working from mechanical drawings
- Proficiency in using a tape measure
- Precast experience is a plus but not essential
