RG Consultancy are proud to be partnering with an excellent, well-established company based in Skelmersdale who are looking for an experienced Payroll Officer to join their team.

This Payroll Officer role would be responsible for the end-to-end management of monthly payroll process from approx. 300 employees. Duties include:

  • Processing data from time and attendance system
  • Making monthly adjustments - overtime, absence, holidays etc using Sage Payroll
  • Setting up new starters/leavers
  • Processing approved bonuses
  • Checking accuracy before sending out payslips
  • Dealing with employee queries
  • Updating pension records accurately
  • Submission of month end reports
  • P11d submissions
  • Adhoc tasks to assist the finance team including invoice processing

This Payroll Officer role is key to the company and would be ideal with someone who is used to managing their own time and working to deadlines. Experience within an end-to-end payroll role is essential.
