Looking to recruit a Maintenance Scheduler to join a well established Building Contractor on a permanent basis based in Skelmersdale

Offering up to 27,500 + great benefits. This role is Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm office based

Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with clients, sub-contractors to schedule appointments for operatives
  • Communicate effectively with client and customers to ensure great service is provided
  • Handling general inquiries and administration tasks
  • Schedule available operatives and subcontractors to jobs and discuss repairs

Requirements:

  • You'll ideally have previous experience within the repairs and maintenance sector, or a trade-based background, with good problem-solving skills.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with strong administration, organisational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Have excellent customer service skills
