Accounts Assistant - Skelmersdale- Immediate Starts - Exciting New Opportunity!
Assist Resourcing are looking foran Accounts Assistant in the Skelmersdale area for our client who are a3rd party logistics, haulage and warehousing company.

You will need to be able to demonstrate 12 months previous experience in a similar role, and be IT literate, with a specific focus on Excel. You will have a strong attention to detail and possess good numeracy skills.

Working as an Accounts Assistant:
  • Maintaining and reconciling the purchase ledger
  • Assist and support with any Supplier queries
  • Create new supplier records/details on Sage
  • Purchase invoice processing
  • Sales invoice processing
  • Adhoc duties as requested
  • Ensure month end report deadlines are achieved in a timely manner
Any additional support and ad hoc duties required in addition to supporting the wider accounts and Head Office administration function

Hours of Work for an Acccounts Assistant:
  • Monday to Friday working
  • 09:00 - 17:00
