My client are a leading Social Housing Contractor, with a great reputation who offer great benefits and security of work for their employees.

The Contractor are working on a long term framework with a Local Authority, providing reactive maintenance services to tenanted properties across the West Lancashire region, alongside some void work and occasional planned refurbishment projects.

  • They are recruiting for experienced and hard working Multi Skilled Operatives to join them on a permanent basis.
  • Type of work will largely be reactive maintenance to tenanted properties, with some planned and void work also.
  • It's essential you have experience of working closely with residents and within people's homes.

You must be a minimum of NVQ Level 2 qualified (ideally Level 3) or equivalent in an appropriate trade.
