MMP Consultancy are currently recruiting for an Multi Trade Joiner/Carpenter on a temporary ongoing basis on behalf on a Social Housing contractor based is Skelmersdale. This role will be paying 19.29 per hour with a company van and fuel card supplied.
Working hours: Mon - Fri 8am - 17:00pm
There are two roles: one on the voids team and one on day to day reactive repairs.
Job Summary
The ideal candidate will be responsible for various joinery and carpentry repairs and maintenance as well as multi trade repairs within social housing properties both occupied and voids.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Joiner or Carpenter
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment
- Hold a relevant trade qualification within joinery/carpentry or multi trade repairs
- A basic DBS check and Asbestos Awareness course will need to be carried out if successful.
