Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Pay: 20 per hour
Monday-Friday 07:30-16:30
Location - Skelmersdale
Main Duties include:
- Assist other skilled trades in carrying out maintenance, repairs, testing, inspection and installation work.
- Where instructed, carry out minor repairs to the building fabric to ensure the safety and security of the client's premises, staff and visitors.
- Respond in a safe manner to the effects of bad weather.
- Ensure Health and Safety policies are followed across all sites.
- Keep all servicing records up to date and within statutory guidelines.
