An Client Relationship Executive in York is wanted by a continuously rapidly expanding successful training business that operates across various markets and sectors. This position is suited for either someone who has a background in account management, client relationship management or someone already working in a similar position. The Client Relationship Executive will be responsible for managing, booking and co-ordinating training activity for two major clients and support wider internal training operations. This role involves handling client communication, booking training courses and ensuring smooth collaboration with external partner training providers too where required. It focuses on account management, relationship building, and operational coordination ensuring the client received the very best training co-ordinating and service delivery. This is a key role within a respected UK training organisation that delivers mechanical, electrical and water hygiene courses across sectors including healthcare, manufacturing and facilities management.
Role Overview
- Manage relationships with key client accounts to ensure smooth training delivery.
- Book and coordinate training courses for a couple of key clients.
- Organise internal training schedules and liaise with partner training providers to book in any external training courses as required.
- Maintain accurate client and course records within the CRM system.
- Respond to client queries promptly and professionally.
- Work closely with internal teams to support the planning and delivery of training programmes.
- Attend occasional exhibitions and client meetings alongside colleagues.
Experience & Skills Required

- Previous experience in client relationship or account management.
- Strong organisational and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Confident working with CRM systems and handling administrative tasks.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines.
- Professional telephone manner and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Be a strong team player but with the ability to work on your own initiative.

Salary :- 28,000 Base salary, 9% pension, 25 days hols + bank holidays & Health package
