Contract Details:
- Part-time, 24 hours per week, flexible working pattern
- 12 month contract, with the possibility of extension to a permanent position.
We are seeking a Stores Coordinator to join our client's team in Neath/South Wales. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and varied role where you will be responsible for delivering spare parts and service materials to windfarms across Wales. You will also provide support to the Warehouse and Logistics Coordinator with various warehousing and inventory control tasks. Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals looking to develop their skills in spare parts and logistics management.
As the Stores Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to work independently and handle tasks with little supervision. Your reliability and motivation will be key in ensuring the smooth operations of our client's warehouse and logistics activities. You will be using our client's SGRE vehicle for deliveries, and thus, you must pass the standard driving checks.
Requirements:
- Full UK Drivers License
- Previous warehouse experience
- Goods in / Goods out experience
Responsibilities:
- Deliver spare parts and service materials to windfarms across Wales using our client's SGRE vehicle.
- Support the Warehouse and Logistics Coordinator with warehousing and inventory control tasks.
- Develop skills in spare parts and logistics management.
- Work in a dynamic environment, demonstrating motivation and reliability.
- Adhere to driving checks, ensuring a clean driving record.
- Benefit from available overtime at 1.5 times base pay.
- Enjoy a flexible working schedule.
- Receive full training, making prior warehousing experience advantageous but not necessary.
- Collaborate effectively with the warehouse team, ensuring smooth operations.
