JHE are working exclusively with a highly respected and established business in Skipton, who are looking for an accounts assistant to join their team on a permanent basis. Reporting into the finance manager, this is a busy role overseeing the transactional finance duties of the team, however this role can be tailored depending on experience.
Duties include:
- End-to-end purchase ledger
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Cash and bank reconciliations
- Overseeing company bank transactions on the system
- Processing expenses
- Journal entries
- Processing of payroll (if have experience)
- Excel work - spreadsheet and Lookups
