Join our established client as a Business Operations Administrator, where you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations for key accounts and ensuring accurate finance processes are maintained. From managing critical internal controls to streamlining administrative processes, your expertise will drive efficiency and excellence across the board. What You’ll Do:
  • Own the Process: Keep the Internal Control Sheet (ICS) updated, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time. Your efforts will directly impact key decision-making at the highest level.
  • Deliver Insights: Prepare and distribute weekly market reports, as well as key account reports, ensuring data is accurate, timely, and actionable.
  • Invoice Champion: Coordinate and post invoices with precision, resolving discrepancies quickly and ensuring seamless financial operations.
  • Innovate and Improve: Lead the charge in transitioning ICS process to SharePoint, bringing new ideas to life and improving processes.
  • Stay Compliant: Support compliance initiatives and maintain adherence to international standards like ISO 9001 and industry regulations, ensuring operations remain world-class.
  • Be the Glue: Provide general administrative support to keep the team and business running smoothly.
