Kitchen Manager Ideal Profile:

Kitchen Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all kitchen staff to ensure efficient kitchen operations
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of food to meet high standards
- Work closely with management on menu development and seasonal menu changes
- Maintain a safe and clean kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
- Manage stock control, ordering, and inventory to ensure cost-effective kitchen operations
- Train and mentor kitchen staff to improve their skills and performance
