- Take ownership of client accounts, establishing strong, trust based relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Be the go to person for clients, providing expert advice and resolving any issues quickly and effectively, working alongside internal teams to meet client needs.
- Understand each client's unique needs and deliver solutions that address their specific challenges, offering support across various areas such as policy, commercial, and legislative matters.
- Engage with clients to identify additional ways you can support their business, exploring opportunities for cross selling and expanding our clients’ service offering.
- Schedule and attend regular face to face meetings with clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and deepening relationships to enhance retention.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure that client requests are processed efficiently and all deliverables are met within agreed timelines.
- Keep accurate and up to date records for each client, ensuring that workflows are followed and quality standards are maintained in all processes.
- Strong communication and relationship building skills.
- Experience in client management or account management, ideally within a service oriented environment.
- Full UK driving licence – essential as there will be client visits.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
- A proactive and solutions focused approach.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously.

- Salary Offering: £25,000 - £37,000 per annum which includes a very attractive bonus structure
