Working alongside our Skipton-based client we are looking for skilled/semi-skilled CNC Machinists and CNC Turners.
You will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines, ensuring high-quality standards are met and maintained while achieving production targets and adhering to rigorous safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Setting up and operating machines
- Machining components to specification
- Operating lifting equipment for handling materials and workpieces
- Manufacturing high-precision medium to large components
- Programming and editing using Fanuc control systems
- Implement the 5S methodology
- Conducting first-line inspections to ensure quality
- Participating in continuous improvement initiatives
Hours and benefits:
- 37 hours per week over various shifts
