What will you be doing?
* Taking inbound calls from customers as the first point of contact
* Having strong product knowledge to correctly advise customers
* Providing relevant and tailored solutions to customers
* Working closely with other departments when required
* Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently
* Ensuring empathy and compassion at all times
