With a strong reputation and a diverse client base across multiple industries, they take pride in providing expert financial guidance and support.About the role: Our client is looking for an experienced and proactive Tax Manager to join their team! In this key role, you'll take ownership of the firm's Self-Assessment Tax Return portfolio while working closely with the directors on strategic tax planning initiatives. Key Responsibilities of the Tax Manager:
  • Oversee and manage your own client portfolio, delivering expert tax services.
  • Work closely with Directors, contributing to tax strategies and business growth.
  • Review and finalize tax computations and returns in collaboration with the accounts team.
  • Advise and support clients on tax compliance and planning, ensuring their financial success.
  • Provide insights on accounting systems and play a key role in Making Tax Digital (MTD) developments.
 Skills & Experience required for the Tax Manager:
  • Qualifications – ACCA, ACA, CTA, or ATT certified
  • Experience – At least 2 years of post-qualification experience
  • Tax Expertise – In-depth understanding of tax laws and regulations
  • Organizational Skills – Highly efficient, detail-oriented, and excellent at time management
  • Collaborative & Independent – Capable of working autonomously as well as thriving in a team environment
