Where you can play a vital role in educating professional businesses?   We are currently seeking a Client Onboarding Executive to join an outstanding employer in Skipton who are seeing a continual rate of growth and expansion in their services. Due to an ever-growing portfolio of services our client is now looking to add an additional Client Onboarding Executive to their internal team. You will be well placed to support and educate organisations about the company's services and what difference they could make, taking a consultative and professional approach in nurturing these relationships.  As part of the Sales team, you’ll be responsible for managing sales activities related to a particular service area within the business, helping the company achieve its targets and contributing to its ongoing growth. Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to sales inquiries and guide prospective clients through each stage of the sales process.
  • Conduct market research and proactively initiate outreach to attract interest in the company’s offerings.
  • Collaborate on marketing campaigns, contributing to effective sales and marketing techniques. 
  • Uncover cross-selling opportunities with current clients and maintain an active, healthy sales pipeline.
  • Follow structured processes to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding experience for new clients.
What our client is seeking:
  • Prior experience in a sales capacity whether as Sales/ Business Development Executive or Sales Administrator/ Support
  • Confidence in building strong professional relationships
  • Proactive, can-do nature 
  • Sense of character and responsibility

  • Strong IT skills
