Dynamics 365 Specialist now required to join an ever evolving Group based from their Skipton offices. Well recognised for their success and conduct in their industry, they continue to grow and are eagerly looking to appoint a MS Dynamics 365 professional, who can demonstrate prior experience configuring, maintaining, and supporting ERP systems, with preference given to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV. Duties as Dynamics365 Specialist include:

Have an active involvement and often lead projects internally with the aim of enhancing Business Central functionalities for various departments.
Evaluate, strategise and maximise existing business purpose processes, whilst developing training material for various use.
Offer helpdesk support within your speciality.
Understand requirements from various internal stakeholders, defining purpose.
Conduct testing of any enhancements.
Consider best practice when overseeing data management.
Ensure readiness for Microsoft updates and facilitate the integration of MS Power Platform.

We are seeking:

Prior professional exposure with ERP Systems, including MS Dynamics 365 Business Central/ Dynamics NAV
Relevant form of education within IT
Problem-solving mindset
Outstanding communication and ability to manage stakeholders
Proficiency in data analytic tools such as PowerBI.

In return as Dynamics 365 Specialist you will receive a salary in the region of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, plus hybrid working, workplace incentives and other fantastic benefits to recognise your efforts.
