Hamilton Woods Associates are currently working with a housing association to recruit to a Handyman in North Yorkshire.

The role is initially offered on a 3 month basis to cover sickness.

Responsibilities of the Handyman include:

  • Working on tenanted social housing properties
  • Wiping down and treating mould and damp
  • Carrying out basic multi skilled work such as painting, patch plastering, pointing, basic joinery and basic plumbing
  • Escalating any issues which require the attention of a surveyor
  • Utilising a PDA
  • Adhering to health and safety procedures
