Here at Qualiteach, we specialise in both long-term/ permanent recruitment! We are currently partnered with a number of school and trusts across the local authority who are adding to their staffing immediately - Multiple Advanced Teaching Assistant Roles.
Responsibilities
- Advanced Teaching Assistant.
- Behaviour management.
- Supporting learners with a range of needs
- Engaginga young person in learning through a range of methods.
- Deliveringinterventionsessions for SEMHlearners.
- Supporting learners with EHCPs.
- providehigh quality education for young people who have been excluded, or are in danger of exclusion, from mainstream school.
- Genral Classroom support.
- Emotional Support.
Requirements
- A range of behaviour management techniques.
- Expereinced with PRU/SEMH settings.
- To have worked with learners with a range of needs.
- To be able to commit to working at the school for long period of time.
- Experience delivering evidence-based interventions that accelerate learning.
- Must have SEMH expereince.
- Must be confident in delivering intervention sessions.
