Experienced Architectural Technologist required to join an award winning multi-disciplinary team of Architects, Building Consultants, Heritage Specialists and Interior Designers working across the UK, this role is based in their regional head quarters in Skipton, BD23.
Our clients talented team of over 70 professionals have successfully delivered high-quality and effective property consultancy services on over 10,000 projects across the commercial, education, energy, healthcare, hotel, leisure, industrial, residential, and retail sectors.

The Architectural Technologist will join their team of qualified architects, technologists, and architectural assistants. The exciting role will offer you an opportunity to immerse yourself into working within our team, designing and delivering on various large scale challenging projects whilst being supported and mentored on your career path.
To apply, the Architectural Technologist will require the following;
- A degree in Architectural Technology or equivalent
- At least over 3-5 years experience working within an Architectural practice, working on various projects including healthcare, care homes and residential.
- High proficiency using both AutoCAD and Revit (BIM)
- Broad experience in the production of technical drawing/detailing packages
- Competent in applying standard UK Building Regulations and an awareness of the Building Safety Act.
- Confident in coordinating and liaising with other consultants
- A flexible and positive approach to working within a team or autonomously
Salary depending on experience and suitability - £35,000 - £45,000 plus excellent well being benefits and modern hybrid working flexibility.
