- Secretarial Support: Type correspondence, documents, and forms using digital dictation and copy typing.
- Case Management: Open and update files, handle Land Registry tasks, and complete forms using the online portal.
- Client Interaction: Manage inquiries, schedule appointments, and verify client ID.
- Administrative Duties: Handle post, telephone messages, photocopying, filing, archiving, and assist with reception coverage, post handling, and banking as needed.
- Experience: Previous experience as a Legal Secretary (ideally in Conveyancing) or as a Law graduate ready to build a successful legal career.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook, strong typing ability, and familiarity with digital dictation.
- Client-Focused Approach: Friendly, professional, and approachable in all interactions with clients, colleagues, and third parties.
- Competitive salary (£23,000 - £24,500 per annum)
