Hours: Full time
A great opportunity for a Legal Secretary to work in a super friendly, long-established, full-service Law Firm in Skipton. As a Legal Secretary, you will be providing support to the Litigation team as well as helping in other departments when required.
Daily Duties
- Document production, using BigHand and copy typing
- Use of a case management system
- Compleation of legal forms and precedents
- Client care
- General secretarial tasks, to include telephone liaison and arranging appointments
- Providing cover for the reception team as required
- General administrative tasks as required.
Required Skills
- Previous secretarial experience is desirable but not essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident use of Microsoft packages.
