- Support Fee Earners with diary management, booking client appointments.
- Liaise with clients, solicitors, and third parties to ensure transactions progress smoothly.
- Update and use of divorce portal to accurately upload documents
- Prepare and organise legal documentation with precision and efficiency.
- Manage case files using the firm’s case management system, ensuring compliance at every stage.
- Preparation of client correspondence and court documentation.
- Process invoices and maintain accurate financial records, supporting smooth operations.
- Proactively handle client enquiries, providing clear and reassuring guidance.
- Work collaboratively with the team, assisting colleagues and contributing to a positive workplace culture.
- Prior experience in family law departmentÂ
- Great attention to detail to produce work / documentation which is consistently of a high standard.
- Familiar with MS Office packages.
- Excellent communication skills and high levels of attention to detail.
- A positive, flexible, can-do attitude.
- Competitive salary £26,000 - £28,500 (Depending on experience) and excellent company benefits.
