  • Ensuring Compliance: Keep everything on track by managing data and compliance tasks that guarantee the business is meeting external requirements.
  • Improving Policies: Help develop and fine-tune compliance policies, and share them in a way that makes sense to all.
  • Collaboration: You’ll work with various parties, providing compliance guidance and keeping everyone in the loop.
  • Managing Expectations: Juggle communication (both written and verbal) with stakeholders to make sure everyone is on the same page.
  • Keeping it Neat: Updating the internal systems with accurate, in-depth details (because we all love a well-organised system, right?).
 What you need to offer:
  • A passion for admin – you love organisation, order, and accuracy whether this be through previous professional experience or following recent education seeking the opportunity to showcase yourself in a professional field.
  • A knack for details and a sharp eye for getting things right.
  • The ability to manage priorities
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Bonus points if you’ve got previous experience in a compliance-related role, but it’s not a dealbreaker!
