About the Role:We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Support Team Leader to join a team, caring for vulnerable adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health challenges, and physical disabilities. Their mission is to enable individuals to develop the skills and confidence to live as independently as possible in a supportive and nurturing environment.

As a Support Team Leader, you’ll play a pivotal role in front-line leadership, ensuring our staff provides exceptional, person-centered care tailored to individual needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate your team to deliver high-quality, 24-hour care and support.
  • Ensure a safe, risk-managed environment where safeguarding is always a priority.
  • Act as an ambassador for the company, promoting a positive and enabling culture.
  • Oversee the development of tailored care plans and ensure they are implemented effectively.
  • Support the team to help individuals achieve their personal goals and enhance their independence.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A team player with heaps of enthusiasm and energy.
  • A car driver, as travel between sites may be required.
  • Someone who is fun to work with and passionate about making a difference.
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (advantageous but not essential).
