Job Title: Facilities Administrator
Salary: £27,000 - £33,000 plus 10% SMART objectives based bonus paid quarterly
Hours: Full-time
This role is fundamental to achieving its mission and objectives by providing seamless maintenance and refurbishment administration support. Dealing with maintenance issues and refurbishments promptly and effectively. The role requires the ability to co-ordinate and project manage all extension and refurbishment projects, progression and completion.

Day to Day Responsibilities:
- All ordering and administration of maintenance requirements for all our homes
- Accountability for completion and reviewing of monthly in-house maintenance checks and external third party checks
- Manage the maintenance budget and continually identify cost savings
- Ensure all refurbishment requirements for the homes are prioritised
- Co-ordinate projects ensuring they are completed within agreed timeframes
- Co-ordinate completion of Health & Safety related action plans in response to external risk assessments and ensure internal risk assessments are completed when required
Essential Requirements:
- Two years' experience in working in a high volume, fast paced, deadline driven environment
- Computer literacy (particularly email, excel spreadsheets and word documents)
- Concise and clear communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent oral communication skills (including on the telephone)
- Ability to create, follow and embed processes
- Excellent time management skills and be used to working to deadlines
- Experience of negotiating prices with contractors and suppliers
- Experience of project administration
The Successful Candidate will get the following:
