- Providing high-quality technical product advice and support, reacting swiftly to customer enquiries.
- Speaking with customers to understand their needs and identify the right products for their orders.
- Preparing quotes and processing orders received via phone, email, and the company website.
- Spotting opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, boosting both customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Collaborating closely with the external sales team to keep everything running smoothly.
- Handling inbound queries with professionalism and speed, ensuring every customer feels valued.

Who We're Looking For: We need someone who thrives in a high-energy environment and can keep everything on track with exceptional organisation. You'll ideally have:
- Strong communication skills - both verbal and written - plus a friendly, professional approach.
- Experience troubleshooting and problem-solving to meet customer needs.
- The ability to assess demands, costs, and implications with a sharp, commercial eye.
- Proven multitasking and prioritisation skills, with top-notch accuracy and attention to detail.
- A talent for interpreting technical information and turning it into practical solutions.
- A background in sales/customer service, with excellent attention to detail.
- Some skills with Microsoft Excel to manage data would be a bonus.
