We work with a number of primary schools across Lincolnshire that are very keen to add several graduate teaching assistants to their staff team.The ideal graduate teaching assistant would have some school/child based experience but this is not essential. The role would be carrying out small group interventions with a focus on maths, reading & writing and speaking, one to one support with SEN and lower ability students and general class support.
