Following significant investment, new machinery and restructuring, we have several newly created roles as a Multi Skilled Engineer offering strong career progression.

The new site management team is driving change from a repair culture to an improvement culture, enhancing equipment performance and reliability by developing the technical skills and knowledge of their multi skilled engineers.

You will work at a value added food manufacturing site that has received significant investment. It is not a kill site and has high levels of hygiene and health and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out a range of preventative and reactive maintenance tasks on-site

Work in a team of skilled engineers on a rotating 4 ON / 4 OFF shift pattern (2 days and 2 nights)

Utilise your electrical and mechanical skills, with good working knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and PLCs

Apply fault-finding techniques and support improvements in machinery performance

What Were Looking For:

Multi Skilled Engineer with mechanical and electrical expertise

NVQ Level 3 or equivalent electrical qualification

Strong fault-finding skills and a solid understanding of pneumatics, hydraulics, and PLCs

Minimum 17th Edition certification
