Electrical Supervisor Sleaford £38,000 (OTE £45,000) + Vehicle + Bonus + EOT Scheme + Overtime + Training and Progression Opportunities Are you a qualified Electrician from a commercial background looking to take the next step in your career into a senior role?On offer is a varied role where you will be working on a range of exciting projects and locations, while supervising a small team of electricians.With over two decades of experience, this well-established company are looking to expand their team due to continuing success and growth. This growth has also created exciting progression routes for their employees and future employees.The day to day of this role includes going to different sites where the company's projects are taking place to complete electrical work. These are commercial settings such as MOD sites, schools, hospitals, offices etc. This role is 40 hours a week, but days and times may vary project to project.The ideal candidate for this role must hold a ECS Gold Card and be a time served Electrician from a commercial/industrial background. The candidate will also have a 2391-52 test and inspection qualification and have supervisory experience. The candidate must have a UK Driving License.The role:
