A social housing provider is looking for an electrician to join their team on a permanent basis from January 2025.
This is a full time position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
37,000 - 41,000 (Negotiable based on experience)
38 days holiday (includes bank hols)
Uniform and technical equipment provided
Van provided and fuel card

Your new role
Social Housing Maintenance
Day to day repairs in occupied properties
Voids- Repairs, rewire, testing and general upgrade works

What you'll need to succeed
NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations or equivalent (EAL Electrotechnical for example)
18th Edition wiring regulation
2391 or testing
AM2
