Location: Sleaford

Salary: £90 - £110 per day
Job Type: Full-Time, Temporary

Are you confident in leading a classroom and supporting students’ learning? GSL Education Lincolnshire is looking for a flexible and responsible Cover Supervisor to work in a secondary school in Sleaford from February 2025. This role is ideal for graduates considering a teaching career.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise students in the absence of their regular teacher, ensuring the continuation of their learning.
• Follow lesson plans provided and engage students with their tasks.
• Maintain classroom discipline and provide a supportive learning environment.
• Report on student behaviour and lesson engagement.

Requirements:

• Experience working with secondary school students, either in an educational or youth support role.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• The ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively.
