Cover Supervisor
Location: Boston

Salary: £90 - £120 per day

Are you confident in leading a classroom and supporting students’ learning? GSL Education Lincolnshire is seeking a Cover Supervisor to work in a vibrant secondary school in Boston.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver pre-set lesson plans during teacher absences.
- Maintain a calm and focused classroom environment.
- Encourage student participation and monitor progress.
- Uphold school policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with secondary-aged students.
- Strong leadership and classroom management skills.
- Adaptability and resilience in varied classroom settings.
- A commitment to safeguarding and inclusion.
