Teaching Assistant

Pay Rate: £83 - £100 per day

GSL Education Lincolnshire is looking for a Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive school in Sleaford. This is a great opportunity to work closely with students and contribute to their academic success.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the class teacher in managing the classroom and delivering lessons.
- Work with individual students and small groups to support their learning needs.
- Assist in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Help with the preparation of teaching materials and classroom displays.
- Monitor and support the emotional and social development of students.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Teaching Assistant role or similar educational setting is desirable.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with students effectively.
- A positive attitude and a passion for supporting student learning.
- An Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one.
