About the Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils aged 4-11, helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management.
- Providing one-to-one and small group support to pupils who need extra help.
- Encouraging children's confidence, participation, and academic progress.
- Supporting the development of social and communication skills.
