Opportunity for an Experienced Multi-Skilled Engineer
We are seeking a skilled Multi-Skilled Engineer to join a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This role is crucial to ensuring the efficiency and reliability of production equipment through planned maintenance and rapid response to breakdowns.

Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to maintain optimum efficiency
- Respond to breakdowns quickly and effectively, minimising downtime
- Diagnose and repair faults across electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and PLC systems
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions
- Accurately record maintenance work using a Computerised Maintenance System (CMMS)
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and external contractors
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Engineering (essential)
- 17th Edition Certification (required)
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with pneumatics, hydraulics, and PLCs
- IT literate with the ability to log maintenance work effectively
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach
- Experience in food manufacturing is desirable but not essential (training provided)
