We are seeking aSite Services Managerwho is a Continuous Improvement Champion, proactive, detail-oriented and experienced in site services, particularly within manufacturing.

As theSite Services Manager, in this newly created role, you will lead and supervise the Site Services Team while ensuring the smooth day-to-day of site services, working closely with the Engineering Team.

Key responsibilities are to ensure Site Services and ancillary equipment is fully functional to meet the needs of a 24/7 food manufacturing facility, through robust preventative / planned maintenance / condition monitoring and process control systems.

TheSiteServices Managerwill lead their team to ensure statutory compliance is managed to meet relevant legal requirements and use effective continuous improvement methods to continually improve site efficiencies.

The role is crucial to the efficient running of our clients manufacturing site and therefore you will be required to demonstrate excellent communication skills when liaising with internal departments and external contractors.

Ability to lead and motivate a team of engineers

Flexibility and ability to implement changes

Commercial and business awareness

Experience in site services management, preferably in a fast moving consumer goods organisation

Experience of running your own budget.
