We are seeking aSite Services Managerwho is a Continuous Improvement Champion, proactive, detail-oriented and experienced in site services engineering.
Following significant investment, new machinery and restructuring, we have some great opportunities to join a forward thinking business at this value add site.
One of the new roles is the newly created Site Services Manager.
You'll work closely with the Engineering Manager, Site Project Manager and Maintenance Manager to drive the change from a from arepair culture to an improvement cultureenhancing equipment performance and reliability by developing technical skills and knowledge of the wider engineering team.
TheSiteServices Managerwill lead their team to ensurestatutory complianceis managed to meet relevant legal requirements and use effective continuous improvement methods to continually improve site efficiencies.
As theSite Services Manageryou'll lead and supervise the Site Services Team while ensuring the smooth day-to-day of site services, working closely with the Engineering Team.

- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team in fast paced manufacturing environment
- Proactive mindset with the flexibility and ability to implement changes
- Commercial and business awareness, with strong financial acumen
- Experience in site services management, preferably in a manufacturing or fast moving consumer goods organisation.
