Location: Sleaford, Lincolnshire
Start Date: April 2025
Contract: Full-time, Monday to Friday (Part-time available for the right candidate)
Salary: 31,600 - 43,607 per annum

About the Role
As a Key Stage 1 Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons to Year 1 and Year 2 pupils, supporting their academic and personal development. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the Key Stage 1 national curriculum
- Creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment that enables all pupils to thrive
- Assessing and tracking pupil progress, identifying areas for differentiation and improvement
- Working collaboratively with teaching assistants, SENCOs, and senior leadership to enhance pupil outcomes
- Implementing effective behaviour management strategies to maintain a positive classroom atmosphere
What We're Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching in Key Stage 1
- Strong knowledge of the KS1 curriculum and a passion for primary education
- Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to inspire young learners
- A commitment to ensuring every pupil reaches their full potential
- Flexibility to work full-time or part-time, depending on availability
